Level 1: The Holistic Communicator
The Holistic Communicator consists of four in-person sessions, each followed by a virtual community of practice coaching session. These sessions are meant to give you a forum to share what you have put into practice, how it went, and to receive support and feedback from a subset of your classmates, all facilitated by an experienced coach. We will also periodically check in with your nominating manager to share topics we have covered in class and strategies on how they might support your learning journey.
