The Holistic Communicator

  • Explore the link between emotions, performance and leadership - as well as your impact on team members;
  • Practice communication skills that lead to team member engagement and overall team effectiveness;
  • Identify and implement behaviors that lead to productive meetings

The Holistic Communicator consists of four in-person sessions, each followed by a virtual community of practice coaching session. These sessions are meant to give you a forum to share what you have put into practice, how it went, and to receive support and feedback from a subset of your classmates, all facilitated by an experienced coach.
We will also periodically check in with your nominating manager to share topics we have covered in class and strategies on how they might support your learning journey.
