Restaurateurs are urgently seeking SKILLED and ENTHUSIASTIC INDIVIDUALS.
This two-week intensive experience will have you chopping, slicing and serving your way into a new rewarding career in the culinary industry. Taught in the state-of-the-art culinary labs at SUNY Buffalo State, you will learn from renown faculty and guests from the WNY restaurant community. The first week focuses on building your skills; the second week you will practice along side the chef and staff at Buffalo State’s fine dining social club, Campus House. This program concludes with real life job opportunities as you will interview with some of WNY’s most well-known restaurants.
