Our Manager Skill Set training consists of six courses:
- Building Trust and Being Trustworthy
- Culture: Setting Goals and Expectations
- Performance Management
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion
- Emotional Intelligence
This training can be offered in multiple configurations, depending on your needs:
Intro to Management Package:
A one day overview of all six topics; followed by a second day concentrating on two specific areas of need as determined by a survey of participants and in consultation with your organization.
Management Refresh Package:
Each topic is covered in a half day session, two per day, over the course of three weeks.
Manager's Total Package:
Each topic is covered in depth, one day per week, for a total of six weekly sessions.
